In this photogrammetry we had to make a strong retopology because the geometry was too big and did not have enough detail in the little things like fences, stairs, cables, the interior through the glass... This last part is usually quite complicated due to reflections and small dirt. The reconstruction is completely done in 3DsMax, the albedo map mostly comes from RealityCapture and the rest of the maps to have PBR materials are created in Substance Painter. The problem of this type of retopologies is to adjust point to point to the original geometry, it is a very long and tedious process, so we prefer to be able to reduce the polygonization in ZBrush.
